Last night, in front of a packed audience at the Civic Center Amphitheater in Palm Desert, California, we had a DREAM COME TRUE!! Near the end of our performance, we had the honour of inviting up a special guest to the stage, Mr. CHAN ROMERO!!!! Chan wrote and recorded "Hippy Hippy Shake" (one of our fave. songs)!! Chan told the tale of coming to California and writing the song, and then PLAYED THE SONG WITH US!!! Chan's singing and guitar playing is amazing, at 77 years old!! A huge thanks to Chan and the Romero family for making this happen, and to Amy Lawrence for the opportunity and amazing picture!
